Who is a Consumer?
A ‘consumer’ is anyone who makes a purchase or signs a contract for purposes that are mostly not related to their job or business.

Instructions for Cancellation

Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days, starting from the day the contract is made.

How to Cancel
To cancel, you need to clearly inform us (Linda Koziol, email: info@phibis-avenue.com) by sending a message (like a letter or an email) saying that you want to cancel the contract. You can use the provided cancellation form, but it's not necessary.

To meet the deadline, it’s enough to send your cancellation request before the 14-day period ends.

What Happens When You Cancel
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method). We will refund you within 14 days after we receive your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used, unless we agree on something else. You won’t be charged any fees for this refund.

When the Right to Cancel Ends

You lose the right to cancel a contract for digital content (not delivered on a physical item, like a CD) if:

  1. You gave your clear consent for the service to start before the 14-day cancellation period ends;
  2. You confirmed that you understand this will make you lose the right to cancel once the service begins; and
  3. We provided you with a copy of the contract on a durable medium (such as email) within a reasonable time after the contract was made, or at the latest, when the digital content was made available.

This confirmation will include your agreement to start the service early and your acknowledgment that you lose the right to cancel once it starts.
