Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days—no need to give a reason.
The 14-day period starts from the date the contract is finalized.

You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but that’s completely optional.
As long as you send your cancellation notice before the 14-day deadline, you’re covered.
We will give you further instructions where and how to ship the product back to us.
What Happens After You Cancel
If you cancel, we’ll refund all payments we’ve received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any extra charges for faster or special delivery options you chose).
You have to pay the cost for return shipping by yourself.
We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Unless we’ve agreed on something else, we’ll return your money using the same payment method you used for the original transaction—no extra fees for you.
When Your Right to Cancel Expires
If you bought digital content (like a download or stream) that isn’t delivered on a physical item and it requires payment, your right to cancel will end if the payment process was completed.
We do not refund complete orders for digital products.
