General terms and conditions of business
I. Standard Business Terms
§1 Basic Info
-
These terms apply to all purchases you make from Linda Koziol via https://phibis-avenue.com, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
-
A consumer is anyone making a purchase mainly for personal use—not for business or freelance purposes. A business customer is anyone buying on behalf of a company or for professional use.
§2 How the Contract Is Made
-
The contract covers the purchase of products—including digital content (like downloadable files).
-
When you see a product listed on our site, that’s our official offer to sell it to you under the conditions described.
-
Here's how the order process works:
-
You add the product to your cart.
-
Click "Checkout" or similar, fill in your details, and choose your payment and shipping method.
-
Before you confirm the order, you’ll see a full summary to review or change anything.
-
If you’re using a service like PayPal or Klarna, you may be redirected to their page to complete payment.
-
Once you click the final button (like “Buy now” or “Place order”), the contract is officially made.
-
-
We’ll email you all the relevant details automatically, so please make sure your email is correct and not filtering us into spam.
§3 Using Digital Content
-
All digital products are protected by copyright. You’ll get a license to use each product according to the terms listed in the product description.
-
Unless we say otherwise, your license is non-exclusive and for personal use only. You can save or print a copy for yourself, but you can’t share, resell, rent, or distribute the content in any form.
§4 Payment Options
(1) Klarna:
We work with Klarna Bank AB (Sweden) to offer:
-
Pay Later (Invoice) – You’ll find Klarna’s full terms for Germany here and Austria here.
-
Pay Now (Instant Bank Transfer) – More info at klarna.com/de or klarna.com/at.
(2) PayPal / PayPal Checkout:
If you choose PayPal, your payment will be processed by PayPal (Europe) in Luxembourg. You’ll see all available PayPal options during checkout. Learn more here.
§5 Ownership & Retention
-
You can only hold back payment if it relates to the same order.
-
All products remain our property until fully paid.
§6 Warranty (Your Rights If Something’s Wrong)
-
You have full legal warranty rights.
-
As a customer, we kindly ask you to check your delivery for any obvious issues and let us and the shipping provider know right away. You’ll still have all your rights even if you don’t.
-
If a product differs from standard expectations, it only counts as agreed if we clearly told you before your purchase, and you agreed to it.
§7 Legal Stuff
-
German law applies, but if you're a customer in another EU country, your local protections stay in place.
-
The UN sales law does not apply.
